We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States (USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

With our Standard Free Shipping, delivery is completely on us for all products across the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Depending on the product you choose, you will also have the option to select upgraded delivery methods at checkout if you're looking for a little extra assistance or a faster window!

The earliest ship date for your new products is shown on the product page under the “Add to Cart” button.

Once your order ships, Standard Shipping typically takes 7–21 days. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate, simply add your item to cart and enter your address at checkout to view the live delivery calendar.

At checkout, you can:

Need it sooner? Express Shipping delivers within 3 days of your dispatch date.

Prefer a completely hands-off experience? Add White Glove Service at checkout. Your order will still arrive within the standard 7–21 day window via our specialized freight carrier, but we’ll take care of all the heavy lifting for you.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your selected delivery window for easy reference.

Depending on what you’ve ordered, we have a couple of easy ways to keep you completely in the loop.

For our Koala line (including all sofa bed sizes, covers, and ottomans), your order will ship via FedEx. You’ll receive email updates and tracking information directly from them so you can see your estimated day of delivery.

For our modular lines (both Torquay/Bangalow, along with their covers and ottomans), your order will ship via our specialized freight carrier. Our third-party carriers will reach out to work with you directly so you can book a delivery date and window that suits your schedule perfectly. They will also keep you updated via email with tracking information along the way.

No matter which product you choose, you can always upgrade to our White Glove Delivery & Assembly at checkout. This option allows you to seamlessly schedule your exact delivery and have our team handle all the setup for you!

Yes we do! White Glove Delivery & Assembly is available at checkout across all products in the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

For $179 at checkout, this premium service includes full delivery straight to your room of choice, complete setup and assembly of your new furniture, and the removal of all heavy packaging when the team leaves.
