King Size 81" Sofa Beds & Sleeper Sofas

Sleep like a king and spread out in the Koala Sofa Bed [4th Gen]. It features removable/washable covers, deep seats, pillowy comfort, improved ergonomics and easy assembly for effortless hosting and a great nights sleep.

The biggest bed we’ve ever folded into a sofa

The King size Koala Sofa Bed [4th Gen] measures 81" wide, 41" deep and 33" high as a sofa, making it the biggest size in our sofa bed lineup. It keeps the same extra-deep 23.5" seat as every other size, so the extra width goes straight into room to spread out across the cushions. When it’s time for bed, plan for 88" of clear depth from the wall to open it fully. Compare all four sizes, from 46" Twin XL to 81" King, on the Koala Sofa Bed page.

A king size sleeper sofa with real mattress comfort

Every King has an integrated Kloudcell® topper, the open-cell foam from Australia’s most awarded mattress range. It delivers extra support, breathability and responsiveness, balancing the contouring feel people love about memory foam with enhanced airflow to help keep you cooler. Zero Disturbance® tech helps isolate motion so everyone sleeps soundly, and the topper zips off and goes straight in the washing machine between guests.

Sit-to-sleep in seconds, comfy all day long

Our FlipBed™ design turns the King from sofa to bed in one easy flip, with no bars, springs or clunky mechanisms hiding underneath. During the day, a zoned backrest supports your natural posture while an extra-plush comfort layer welcomes you in from the very first sit. Covers are removable and machine washable, in fabrics designed exclusively in our Sydney studio and inspired by the sun-kissed tones of the Australian landscape.

120 days to live on it and sleep on it

Every Koala Sofa Bed ships free in easy-to-manage boxes and goes together in minutes with tool-free, slide-and-click assembly. You then get 120-day free returns, which is four months to lounge on it, sleep on it and decide it’s a keeper. If it’s not right, we’ll collect it for free, and the King is also backed by a 5-year warranty.
