For your everyday care vacuum regularly (weekly) using low suction to remove dust and dirt and protect your sofa bed from direct sunlight.
Skip harsh chemicals and mop up spills quickly with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Lining Fabrics
While the linings have zippers, they should not be removed for cleaning. Spot clean only.
- Spot clean with a warm water and mild detergent mix.
- Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
- Use a clean cloth to blot out excess liquid.
- Do not wet filling.
- Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.

Spot clean as required.
When you need a more thorough clean, remove the outer covers of your sofa bed and always make sure to check the detailed instructions on the care labels sewn into the covers. All covers are machine washable.

- Always check the labels on the product
- For spot cleaning, use a clean cloth and don’t scrub the covers with a stiff brush
- Don’t use bleach or other harsh chemicals
- Reshape the covers after washing whilst they’re wet
- Let the covers line dry in shade and make sure that they are completely dry before fitting them back on
- No ironing or tumble drying please!
Pilling
Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault. Please check the care labels on your sofa bed to see if a battery operated pilling tool is suitable for the removal of fiber pills.

This is for my koala fourth generation sofa. I haven’t got asked to do a review on it so I am using my request for an ottoman review To review the sofa.
Color is great, fabric feel is great but the way the couch sags and wrinkles, not so great. It’s not exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for cozy and inviting. I feel like I got sloppy and lived in for 10 years without even using it for a week, and barely sitting on it during that week. Very disappointing and very expensive..

I love this chair and ottoman. They are very comfortable and cozy. Assembling the chair took over three hours for two adults who have put together other furniture. The instructions are poorly written. Going on YouTube helped but it still was difficult. The good news is once it’s together it functions well. The only other issue I find difficult is unhooking the chair to make it into a bed and then rehooking it to use as a chair. I wish the strap with the hook was just a little bit longer.

We bought the couch and matching ottoman in silver sand. I was nervous buying a couch without seeing it first but it is very comfortable and the fabric plush and soft and expensive looking. Putting it together wasn’t hard but needed two people and we had to watch the online video for some steps. Pulling out into the sleeper is easy and the mattress is soft although low to the ground so perfect for teens and kids in a bonus TV room.

Great furniture, easy assembly and so comfy! I have the queen sofa bed, twin sofa bed and now the ottoman. A perfect set! My cats decided they love the fabric, so now I have plastic stick on shields on the corners to protect this beautiful set.
We used it as a sofa bed for a recent family gathering and they slept very well. Comfortable with the right amount of firm. Quality product. Highly recommend.

No, the ottoman cannot be connected. It is designed as a seperate piece to be used alongside the sofa as an ottoman or as a side table with its flippable top!
