      Koala replaced my sofa damaged by Eaton fires

      I am an incredibly appreciative of Koala for their generosity in replacing my fire damaged sofa. I am a single mom of 3 and we were affected by the Eaton Fires in Altadena. I reached out to Koala to see about the warranty on the sofa that was damaged and to my surprise they replaced it, FREE OF CHARGE! 🥰🙏🏽 once I was settled in, I had to buy an ottoman and of course I purchased from them once again.
