      Koala replaced my sofa damaged by Eaton fires

      I am an incredibly appreciative of Koala for their generosity in replacing my fire damaged sofa. I am a single mom of 3 and we were affected by the Eaton Fires in Altadena. I reached out to Koala to see about the warranty on the sofa that was damaged and to my surprise they replaced it, FREE OF CHARGE! 🥰🙏🏽 once I was settled in, I had to buy an ottoman and of course I purchased from them once again.       Beautiful piece of furniture. Not too bulky for small areas, but not at all flimsy. Very well made. Great for apartments or guest room. I bought the full size sofa bed and matching ottoman for my office guest room. Very happy!

      Great Addition!

      Very sturdy (albeit a bit heavy) piece. Love the storage space, which was a surprise to me (clearly I did not read the product description thoroughly 🙄) It can function as more than an ottoman…say seat, table! I am so glad I added it to my sofa order!
