    OBSESSED

    I seriously love this couch. It is exactly what we were looking for-medium size with a pull out bed that’s no fuss. The couch itself is extremely comfortable and roomy. The mattress is also very comfortable and the extra touches of the built in shelves makes ot stand apart from everything else you can buy that’s similar. This was really easy to build. The design around the no tools assembly is thoughtful and genius. I’ve tested a lot of similarly priced online couches in the states looking for the perfect one but all led to bad shipping experiences and uncomfortable couches/missing parts: none of them compare to Koala. This does not feel like cheap furniture-worth every penny! My cat loves it also and so far with the luxe fabric, no scratchies!

    Finally got it together!

    Ordered back in November for our recently remodeled vacation home in Florida and just now was able to put it together. The sofa looks great and built very well . I was shocked at how easy it was to put together. It Only took 20 minutes . My only disappointment was I didn’t have a stuffed koala toy . I looked through all the packaging twice.

    Love it!

    There was a delay on our couch delivery and customer service reached out to me when our delivery date was changed. Which wasn’t a big deal to me, it was still in the time frame we were told, but loved they were on top of it and reassuring me it was on its way. Delivery went smooth, building it went smooth. Very easy, no tools! Very comfortable couch, easy transition to couch and sleeper. The front is wrinkled, hoping over time it will smooth out, not complaining, but noting for other people. So far very happy, love it!
