Do not remove lining covers for seperate cleaning even though they have zippers.
Spot clean only with warm water & mild detergent mix.
Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
Use a clean cloth to blot out excess liquid.
Do not wet filling.
Allow to thoroughly dry before re-use.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Ensure removable covers are completely dry before fitting covers back on.

Every other thing we got from Koala turned into a nightmare and isn't as comfortable as we had hoped, howveer, the ottoman is worth every penny. it's big, can fit a good size tray, and also turns the couch into a really nice chez lounge. i want to get another one!

We have designed the Byron Ottoman with ease of care in mind. All the covers are removable. Each cover has detailed care instructions. Please follow and read instructions that are located on your covers.
Please note, all Byron Ottomans purchased before September 22, 2025 do not have removable covers please reach out to our helpful customer support team if you require more information on this!
