1. What is Personal Information?

By providing Personal Information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are under no obligation to provide any Personal Information to us, however, if you restrict us from collecting any of this information, we may not be able to do things such as:

2. What types of Personal Information do we collect?

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information through your use of the Services. We have or may have collected the following categories of Personal Information within the twelve (12) months prior to the effective date of this Policy.

The types of information we collect that may be Personal Information include:

  • Identifiers: contact details, such as name, mailing or street address, email address, cell number or landline number, account login information (including any information that is required for you to establish a user account, which may include a username, password and security questions and answers), postal address, Social Media handle, date of birth, or IP address;
  • Customer Records: When you place an order, we will collect and retain a record of your order. When placing your order, we will ask you to provide payment information. Our online store is hosted on a third party online e-commerce platform and when you make a payment you connect directly to one or more third party payment gateway.

We do not collect, store or have any access to your credit card or other payment details. The gateway that we use collects those details directly from you and encrypts them in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The payment gateway provider’s terms and conditions and privacy policy govern the collection, use and disclosure of your payment information. Those should be provided to you when you access the gateway.

  • Protected Classification Information: For job applicants, you may provide us with information relating to your age, gender, or ability to work in the United States.
  • Internet Activity: information collected automatically when you interact with our website, including your device ID, device type, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;
  • Commercial Information: Information relating to you that you provide to us directly through our website, records of your purchases, contents of your communications to us, information we collected indirectly through your use of our website or online presence or through other websites or accounts from which you permit us to collect information, which may include personal preference and activity information, feedback, reviews, replies and requests;
  • Audio, Visual and Sensory Information: We may record customer service calls for training and quality assurance purposes, you may also provide us with photos of yourself or your home as part of our reviews process;
  • Geolocation Data: Imprecise location information, such as the city, state, or zip code associated with your IP address when you visit our website;

How long do we retain your Personal Information?

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was provided by you or collected by us. This means we may retain your Personal Information for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us.

When the Personal Information that we collect is no longer required in this way, we will endeavour to destroy or delete it in a secure manner. We may, instead of destroying or erasing your Personal Information, make it anonymous so that it cannot be associated with or tracked back to you.

In certain cases, we may have legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain specific records for a set period of time.

  • Payment processor: When you place an order, we seek to use PCI-compliant payment processors ("Payment Processor") to help us facilitate payment. We have contracted with the Payment Processor to ensure they protect and limit the use of your Personal Information. We do not receive your credit card, debit card or other financial information when you make a purchase online—that information is provided directly to our Payment Processor. However, we do receive the last four numbers of your payment card used to make the purchase. We will keep a record of your purchases.

We may create, use, disclose, share, license, or transfer aggregate data to create de-identified, aggregated data on users of our website. This data describes users as a group but cannot be used to identify you as an individual. We may combine aggregated data with additional aggregated data collected from other sources for marketing. We will not re-identify that Personal Information and other information once aggregated.

Social Media Websites

We participate in Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram ("Social Media") that enable online sharing and collaboration with customers. Our website may allow you to connect to and share information with these various Social Media platforms. These features may require us to implement Cookies, plug-ins, and application protocol interfaces (APIs) provided by those Social Media platforms to facilitate those communications and features.

By choosing to use any third-party Social Media platform or choosing to share content or communications with any Social Media platform, you allow us to share information with the designated Social Media platform. We cannot control any policies or terms of any Social Media third-party platforms. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Privacy Policy.   • Accessing or correcting your Personal Information: You can access or correct the Personal Information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information in Section 10 below. Sometimes, we may not be able to provide you with access to all of your Personal Information and, where this is the case, we will tell you why. We may also need to verify your identity when you request your Personal Information. If you think that any Personal Information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.
  • Update your Shop account: When you check out on our website, you have the option of saving your payment and order information in a Shopify Shop Account. This account is operated by Shopify and is subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. You can update your Personal Information by accessing your Shop account or contacting us using the information in Section 10 below.
  • Update Your Browser Settings: Most browsers automatically accept cookies. When We Will Respond
