Do Koala sectionals really assemble without tools?
Yes. Modules clip together by hand, so there are no allen keys, screwdrivers or hardware bags involved. Most configurations go together in minutes with two people, and they come apart just as easily when you move.
Are the covers removable and washable?
They are. Covers unzip from every module and are machine washable, which is why they hold up in homes with kids and pets. Individual covers can also be replaced or swapped for a different colorway.
Can I turn a sofa into an L-shape or U-shape later?
Yes. Every range is modular, so sofa, armless, corner and chaise modules connect to each other. You can start with a smaller configuration and add modules as your room or household changes, rather than replacing the whole sectional.
How many fabrics and colors can I choose from?
There are 16 colorways across the three modular ranges, split between Classic and Premium (Luxe) fabrics. Torquay also offers Australia 01, created with Pantone. Colorway availability varies by range.
Can I add a chaise or an ottoman to a sectional sofa?
Yes. Chaise modules are available on all three ranges, in left or right-hand orientation, and Bangalow offers a double-chaise configuration. Matching ottomans are sold separately and use the same fabrics, so they work as a footrest, an extra seat or a soft coffee table.
How is a large sectional delivered?
Sectionals ship in separate boxes per module, which makes tight hallways, apartment lifts and staircases far easier than a single oversized frame. Delivery is free and fast, and most configurations are in stock.
What if the configuration doesn't work in my room?
Every Koala sectional comes with 120-day free returns, so you can live with the layout before committing. Sectionals are also covered by a 5-year warranty.
