How it works: The earliest ship date for your new Koala products is shown on the product page, right under the "Add to Cart" button. From there, you can pick a delivery window that fits your schedule perfectly at checkout. For a quick reminder, you can check your confirmation email for your chosen delivery window!As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll shoot you an email with your tracking details!When can I expect my order to land? Once dispatched, here is when you can expect your delivery:

• The "Fast Track" Crew (2–7 Days): Koala Sofa Bed, Bangalow Modular Sofa, Ottomans, and all Accessories.
• The "Worth the Wait" Crew (7–21 Days): Byron Sofa Bed, Torquay Modular Sofa, and Wanda Sofa Bed

Yes! Depending on what you’ve ordered, here is how we’ll keep you in the loop:
Koala Sofa Bed, Bangalow Modular Sofa, Ottomans, and all Accessories (FedEx Ground) You will receive email updates directly from FedEx to advise you on the day of delivery.
Byron Sofa Bed, Wanda Sofa Bed, and Torquay Modular Sofa (Specialized Carrier) Our third-party carriers will work with you directly to book a delivery date that suits your schedule. They will also keep you updated via email with tracking information.

Yes! We offer White Glove delivery for our Byron and Wanda sofa bed models across the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). This includes full delivery, setup, and removal of all packaging for $179 at checkout.

We also offer free standard shipping across all products if you’d rather handle setup yourself.

Our team will remove the product from your home without any need to hold onto the packaging.

We use a variety of carriers depending on the product and your location. FedEx Ground (Delivery to your door in 2–7 days):

• Koala Sofa Bed: Delivered in 5 easy-to-manage boxes.
• Ottomans and Accessories: Delivered in 1+ boxes depending on your selection.

Specialty Couriers (7–21 days):

• Byron Sofa Bed: Delivered to your door in 5 boxes. Our specialty courier will reach out to you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Wanda Sofa Bed: Delivered to your room of choice in 4 boxes. Our specialty courier will reach out to you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Torquay Modular Sofa: Delivered to your room of choice in multiple boxes depending on your chosen setup. Our specialty courier will reach out to you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Bangalow Modular Sofa: Delivered in multiple boxes depending on your chosen setup.
