Koala Sofa Bed

Arrived quickly. Clear instructions, easy to assemble, and we are so glad to have a solution for a guest room that also doubles as a place to stretch out and read. The cream color is perfect in our guest room and it makes the room so much more functional now that I've sold my daughters old twin bed.

It feels slightly firm to sit or lie on , but definitely comfortable. I want to try it as a bed soon, just for kicks. (We are used to sleeping on a Tempurpedic Medium Adapt mattress.)

I wanted a sofa bed for my new apartment but didn’t want the traditional pull out beds. They are heavy, plus the mattress on them are god awfully thin. I said if I couldn’t sleep happy/comfy on it. My guests wouldn’t either. After much research of the market, I came across the koala couch and I kept looking at it online for about 2 months. Honestly the steep price is what made me so hesitant. I kept looking online/in store for other sofa beds but my mind kept taking me to the koala couch. Finally, I saved my money and bought it.

Delivery was quick and tracking was great! It came in 5 boxes, all not too heavy, but in a big enough cluster that I needed to transport in a truck when it came time to move. The setup seriously took 15 minutes MAX.

I got the fig tree 3 seater.

I’m 5’2” and can lay across it when it’s normal mode.

In bed mode, I could sit me and 2 friends on it and comfily lay on it for a movie night in the living room.

I think it’s a queen size bed?? Easy to put sheets on for when guests sleep on it too. The couch pillows double as the backing when it’s in bed mode too.

After debating and thinking on it for so long. I am very happy this is the couch I went with. It fits my vibe so well too.

We purchased the 1.5 person / twin version in figtree (green) for our reading area. Fairly easy to put together, the fabric is high quality and soft, the bed appears to be comfortable (we haven’t used it yet.) The negatives are, I wish it sat a little higher off the ground (I guess impossible because of the bed aspect). And where the bed folds in the front it looks a little wonky. The two side pillows came extremely wrinkled (I had to iron on low setting) and just don’t seem to fit right. The color is also a lot more grey-ish than the color on the website. I wish it was green-er. But, overall the quality seems good and it’s my new favorite place to relax and read.
